Paddington Park House is the ultimate accommodation for students in Liverpool, perfectly located within easy reach of Liverpool City Centre. The University of Liverpool is only a five-minute walk from the property, whilst the Liverpool John Moore’s University’s Redmonds Building is a 15-minute walk away. If you’re attending LIPA or another university in the city we are perfectly located close by, so forget sorting out transport to get you to and from university!

Just a short walk away from our accommodation you’ll find a Tesco, Co-op, and Mini Market convenience store so you can get all your food shopping done or get any essentials without going too far. If you fancy some drinks then the student-friendly pub, The Royal Arms, is less than a five-minute walk away – wow!

If you’re keen to venture into the exciting city of Liverpool, which is just a 15-minute walk down the road, then you have tons of options to choose from including museums, galleries, shopping destinations and restaurants and bars. Explore the bustling nightlife in the city with an array of bars and nightclubs on Mathew Street and in Concert Square – a good time is always promised wherever you go!
