Our Platinum Plus Ensuite is a newly furbished style room which is the largest of our rooms. The room comes with a small double sized bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, drawers, and a bedside table. You’ll also have your own en-suite bathroom with a shower. Within this cluster flat you’ll have a communal kitchen with all the appliances you’ll need to show off your tasty meals. Our shared areas also have comfy sofas, and a breakfast bar and stools. Make the most of our 100Mbps WiFi whilst studying at your desk space! If you feel taking a break from uni work, head to Park View’s very own common room to socialise and meet new people.

Park View is a modern, newly refurbished accommodation for students in Manchester located just outside Rusholme. The University of Manchester is just minutes away, meaning you can roll out of bed right into your lectures.
Park View has a cluster of apartments, offering gold and platinum en suite rooms. Each bedroom comes with its own en suite shower, and all apartments are fully furnished with beautiful décor! The kitchens are fully integrated with appliances and a breakfast bar and stools. The shared areas have contemporary sofas so you can relax and socialise with your flatmates. Car parking is available and up to 100Mbps WiFi is provided throughout the property for your convenience.
Park View also has a common room, so you can meet new people. Laundry facilities are available as are car parking spaces. Our onsite Hospitality Team are here to help our students with any queries they may have, when the team leave for the day we have an out-of-hours helpdesk and 24hr CCTV in place to ensure safety at all times. Each student will have a key fob that will allow them entry into the building through the secure door system.
