The most popular room type at University Quays, these 14.5m² ensuite rooms offer the essentials for student living in a sociable flat setting. Each room comes with a single bed, desk, wardrobe, shelving, and its own private bathroom. Shared kitchens are well-equipped with everything from a microwave to a vacuum cleaner, perfect for day-to-day student life.
