Each townhouse has 12 bedrooms complete with a bed, desk and adequate storage space. The shower rooms are shared by two. The ground floor offers a spacious living and kitchen area, with comfortable sofas, a large TV and an extra WC! It’ll be the perfect place for you and your friends to relax and unwind after a day full of Uni lectures.

The Green is purpose-built accommodation for students in Bradford which is ideal for first year students to live in as you settle into student life (though second and third year students are also welcome to stay in them). It is only a (literal) stones throw from the University of Bradford and Bradford College, and a 10-minute stroll from the city centre.
The Green is one of the most sustainable student accommodation developments of its kind. It offers university students a great student community which is sat so close to the University of Bradford campus facilities as well as a short walk from the centre of Bradford. Leeds students can also enjoy a cheaper alternative and yet remain less than a 30 mins drive from Leeds Trinity University.
Residents of The Green can enjoy the benefits of secure bike storage, 24-hour on-site security and a unique and exciting social atmosphere which sees students organise frequent events and trips, which helps new students settle in quickly and form strong friendships.
