About This Room
Within one of our townhouses, there are six Deluxe Rooms. Each Deluxe Room will include its own spacious bedroom, separate private lounge & study area and private bathroom.
You will also have full access to the ground-floor communal living and kitchen facilities. (Please note, the lounge area and private bathroom are separate spaces, not within but next to the bedroom.

The Green is purpose-built accommodation for students in Bradford which is ideal for first year students to live in as you settle into student life (though second and third year students are also welcome to stay in them). It is only a (literal) stones throw from the University of Bradford and Bradford College, and a 10-minute stroll from the city centre.
The Green is one of the most sustainable student accommodation developments of its kind. It offers university students a great student community which is sat so close to the University of Bradford campus facilities as well as a short walk from the centre of Bradford. Leeds students can also enjoy a cheaper alternative and yet remain less than a 30 mins drive from Leeds Trinity University.
Residents of The Green can enjoy the benefits of secure bike storage, 24-hour on-site security and a unique and exciting social atmosphere which sees students organise frequent events and trips, which helps new students settle in quickly and form strong friendships.
